About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 1990 and M.Ed. in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia in 1992.

Since March of 2012, I have been providing psychotherapy for pre-teens, teens and adults in a private setting in Round Rock. I previously worked part time at Seton Shoal Creek in their outpatient clinic with adults who were experiencing mental health issues such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder.

I am a Christian and feel called to reach out and help others. I feel blessed to help my clients during transitions and difficult times.  However, I do not bring faith into sessions with clients unless it is their desire to do so. I am an ally of the LGBTQ community.

My husband and I have lived in Texas since 1995 and we have two children and two dogs.  My family is active in our church and community. I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my family.
